Delete your Travian Panel account

This page explains how to have your Travian Panel account and its
data deleted. It applies to the Android app (com.travianpanel)
and to the browser extension, which share the same account.
How to request deletion
- Send an e-mail to aliorala@hotmail.com with the subject "Delete my Travian Panel account".
- Write the e-mail address you signed in with, from that same address — that is how the request is verified. No other proof is asked for.
- You get a confirmation reply once the account is gone.
Requests are handled within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account record: e-mail address and name
- Your synced settings: village list, build queue, schedule, per-village options
- Your activity log
- Your device records and any active sessions
- Your restore key (the silent sign-in key), if one was created
Deletion is complete — nothing of the above is kept afterwards, and there is no retention period beyond the 30 days it may take to process the request.
What was never stored in the first place
- Your game password. You sign in to the game inside a browser window on your own device; the session cookie stays there and is never sent to our server.
- Location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, SMS, call logs
- Payment details — the app has no purchases
Deleting the app alone is not enough
Uninstalling removes the data on your phone. To also remove the copy on the server, send the e-mail above. In the app, Settings → Server → Disconnect unlinks the device immediately, but it does not delete the server records.

- Giriş yaparken kullandığın e-posta adresini yaz ve o adresten gönder — doğrulama böyle yapılıyor, başka bir belge istenmiyor.
- Hesap silindiğinde onay yanıtı alırsın.
İstekler 30 gün içinde, genelde çok daha kısa sürede karşılanır.

- Hesap kaydın: e-posta adresi ve ad
- Eşitlenen ayarların: köy listesi, inşaat kuyruğu, zamanlama, köye özel seçenekler
- Etkinlik günlüğün
- Cihaz kayıtların ve açık oturumların
- Varsa geri yükleme anahtarın (sessiz giriş anahtarı)
Silme tamdır — yukarıdakilerin hiçbiri saklanmaz, isteğin işlenmesi için geçen 30 günün ötesinde bir saklama süresi yoktur.
Zaten hiç saklanmayanlar
- Oyun parolan. Oyuna kendi cihazındaki tarayıcı penceresinde giriş yapıyorsun; oturum çerezi orada kalıyor, sunucumuza hiç gönderilmiyor.
- Konum, kişiler, fotoğraflar, dosyalar, mikrofon, kamera, SMS, çağrı kayıtları
- Ödeme bilgisi — uygulamada satın alma yok
Uygulamayı silmek tek başına yetmez
Kaldırmak telefonundaki veriyi siler. Sunucudaki kopyanın da silinmesi için yukarıdaki e-postayı gönder. Uygulamadaki Ayarlar → Sunucu → Bağlantıyı Kes cihazın bağlantısını hemen keser, ancak sunucudaki kayıtları silmez.
