Terms of Service

By installing or using Travian Panel ("the app") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. What the app does
The app is a personal assistant that automates repetitive actions in a browser-based strategy game on your behalf: sending farm lists, queuing building upgrades, and training troops. It runs on your own device, using your own game session. It is a convenience tool, not a service that plays for you on our machines.
2. No affiliation
This app is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Travian Games GmbH or any other game publisher. All game names, trademarks, and images belong to their respective owners and are referred to here only to describe compatibility.
3. Your responsibility for your game account

- You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure.
- One person, one account. Do not share your account or resell access.
- We may suspend an account that abuses the service — for example by hammering the server, trying to reach other users' data, or attempting to break the API.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app;
- use the app to attack, overload, or disrupt any third-party service;
- use the app for anything illegal;
- interfere with the ads shown in the app — the ads are what pay for the servers.
6. Advertising
The app is free and is funded by ads served through Google AdMob. There is no paid tier and no in-app purchase. Ads are shown when the app opens and periodically during use.
7. Availability, and no warranty
The app and its sync server are provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be available without interruption, that automation will always succeed, or that the game will not change in ways that break the app. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including lost game accounts, lost progress, or lost data. As the app is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to zero.
9. Data
What we collect and why is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. To have your server-side data deleted, write to aliorala@hotmail.com.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page is updated and significant changes are announced inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Travian Panel'i ("uygulama") kurarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Uygulama ne yapar
Uygulama, tarayıcı tabanlı bir strateji oyunundaki tekrarlayan işleri senin adına yapan kişisel bir yardımcıdır: yağma listelerini gönderir, inşaat yükseltmelerini sıraya alır, asker basar. Kendi cihazında, kendi oyun oturumunla çalışır. Senin yerine bizim sunucularımızda oynayan bir hizmet değildir.
2. Bağlantısızlık beyanı
Bu uygulama bağımsız bir projedir. Travian Games GmbH ya da başka bir oyun yayıncısı ile hiçbir bağlantısı yoktur; onlar tarafından onaylanmamış, desteklenmemiş ve sponsor edilmemiştir. Bütün oyun isimleri, markalar ve görseller sahiplerine aittir ve burada yalnızca uyumluluğu anlatmak için anılmıştır.

- Google ile giriş yaparsın. O Google hesabının güvenliği senin sorumluluğundadır.
- Bir kişi, bir hesap. Hesabını paylaşma, erişimi satma.
- Hizmeti kötüye kullanan hesapları askıya alabiliriz — sunucuyu yormak, başka kullanıcıların verisine ulaşmaya çalışmak veya API'yi kırmaya uğraşmak gibi.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:
- uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, kaynağa dökmek veya yeniden dağıtmak;
- uygulamayı herhangi bir üçüncü taraf hizmete saldırmak, onu yormak veya bozmak için kullanmak;
- uygulamayı yasa dışı bir amaçla kullanmak;
- uygulamadaki reklamları engellemek — sunucuların masrafını o reklamlar karşılıyor.
6. Reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob üzerinden gösterilen reklamlarla finanse edilir. Ücretli üyelik ve uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Reklamlar uygulama açılışında ve kullanım sırasında belirli aralıklarla gösterilir.
7. Erişilebilirlik ve garanti verilmemesi
Uygulama ve eşitleme sunucusu "olduğu gibi" sunulur; hiçbir garanti verilmez. Hizmetin kesintisiz çalışacağını, otomasyonun her zaman başarılı olacağını ya da oyunun uygulamayı bozacak şekilde değişmeyeceğini taahhüt etmiyoruz. Hizmeti dilediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan — kaybedilen oyun hesapları, ilerleme veya veri dâhil — sorumlu değiliz. Uygulama ücretsiz sunulduğundan toplam sorumluluğumuz sıfırla sınırlıdır.
9. Veriler
Neyi neden topladığımız Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılıyor; o belge bu koşulların bir parçasıdır.
10. Sona erdirme
Uygulamayı kaldırarak kullanımı istediğin an bırakabilirsin. Sunucudaki verilerinin silinmesi için aliorala@hotmail.com adresine yaz.
11. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değişirse sayfanın başındaki tarih güncellenir ve önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
