Travian Panel is an independent village management and automation tool. Use Android to manage from your phone, Chrome to work beside the game on a computer, and the web dashboard to review shared settings. They use the same panel account, but each executing device needs a valid Travian game session.
For playing from your phone
The app includes a game window and can run configured construction, training and oasis tasks while its service and game session are available. Start with Google Play or the website APK. Android battery restrictions or an expired login can interrupt work.

Open Travian in desktop Chrome and use the extension alongside your village. It reads the game and executes eligible saved tasks. Keep Chrome and the game session available; the extension ZIP is not an Android app.
Chrome installationFor checking plans from another device
View synced villages, edit settings and queue commands in your browser. The authorized app or extension executes them. The website stores your plans but does not run the game by itself when every executing device is offline.
Open the web dashboardUse the Travian Panel Android app to manage villages on your phone. It includes a game window; it is not the desktop Chrome extension. Start with Google Play, or use the website APK for a separate direct installation.
Install from Google Play for store updates. If you already use the website APK, follow the APK update guide. Do not install that APK over the Play version or erase app data to force an update.
Sign in to the panel, then enter your own world address and game login in the connection form when offered. Saving starts a sign-in attempt. Complete any security verification yourself; manual game sign-in remains available.
Wait for a verified game session and synced villages. Review initial settings, then choose troops and equipment for each village. Android battery restrictions and an expired game session can interrupt background work.
The Travian extension runs alongside the game in desktop Chrome. Download the ZIP from this website, keep the extracted folder and load it as an unpacked extension. It is not currently listed in the Chrome Web Store.
Keep the extracted extension folder in a permanent location. The ZIP is for desktop Chrome, not Android installation.
Open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode and choose Load unpacked. Select the extracted folder containing manifest.json; the detailed installation guide shows the steps.
Use your panel account and open your Travian world. Wait until villages and settings are confirmed. For updates, wait for ongoing actions to finish, replace the files, reload the extension and refresh the game page.
If Chrome currently has execution permission, a command requested from Android can be carried out by the extension. Check the requesting device, executing device and final result in the panel. Seeing a command in the queue is not confirmation that troops were sent.
No. One available executing device can run configured tasks. You can add another device and use the same panel account to share saved settings.
No. It opens your panel account. Connect your own Travian world and sign in to the game separately. Newer Android builds offer a setup form; complete any game security verification yourself.
Reinstalling with the same panel account restores settings confirmed by the server. Changing worlds is a different action: use New game in Settings and review its reset notice before proceeding.

Chrome for Android does not support this desktop installation method. Use the Travian Panel Android app on your phone; use the Chrome ZIP on a computer.
Use the same installation source as before. Update a Play installation through Google Play; follow the website update instructions for a direct APK installation. Do not overwrite the Play version with the website APK.
Follow the setup guide, check that your villages have loaded and review the initial settings. Choose village-specific troops and equipment yourself. Use the task log to distinguish completed work from waiting or unverified results.
